If you want your account deleted, use this page to request deletion of your login and associated personal data.

How to request deletion

This page is the official deletion request URL for STae and is the link you can share in the Google Play Store listing.

1. Send a deletion request Email support@staeonline.in from the registered account email address.
2. Include your details Mention your name, mobile number, property name, and login id if available so we can verify the account.
3. Confirmation Our team will verify the request and confirm the deletion outcome by email.

What data is deleted

When deletion is approved, STae removes or anonymizes account and profile information associated with your user login, including your name, email address, mobile number, login id, password, and account preferences.

What data may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, or property-management obligations. This can include billing, transaction, and audit records for the legally required retention period.

Retention note: Some data may be kept for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Once the retention requirement expires, the retained data is deleted or anonymized.
